Dear Marc, Just a quick note to tell you what a wonderful trip we had to Peru and how pleased we were with all the arrangements you made for us. Becky and I were talking, and we don't have a single critique. Everyone met us when/where they were supposed to. All appointments were on time. The tour guides were great. Lodging was very good. I could go on... Point is, if you ever need to use us as a reference, don't hesitate to do so. We'll give you a good one. We've traveled to every continent except Antarctica, so this wasn't our first rodeo. We agreed that this was one of the best trips we've taken, if not THE best. So, thanks very much for your service and for your guidance and responsiveness both in the planning and implementation stages of our trip. Guess that's it for now.
