  Just a little note to express our huge thanks and gratitude to everyone at CAT Travel who made our holiday in Peru so fantastic.  Carlos, Rosie and Jessica all were there to meet us, and they passed on all the vouchers and gave us lots of local advice .They took away all the hassles of travelling.  The hotels were excellent – location, services and especially staff were 5 star caliber.  The tour guides on all our excursions had great knowledge, especially Shirley (Sacred Valley tour) and Blady (Uros /Taquile tour) and really excelled at their jobs.  (And a special word of thanks to you, Jeremy for all your work prior to our journey.)  I know I must have driven you mad with all my questions but you were extra patient and most efficient in the planning of our holiday.  Peru is a fantastic country and we thoroughly enjoyed the culture and especially the wonderful friendly people.  I will be recommending Peru as a holiday destination to friends and more especially will be recommending they use CAT Travel for all their needs.  I hope to travel to South America again next year as well!

  I would like to write you all to let you know what a wonderful time I had in Peru. It seemed that everyone from CAT really went out of their way to make the trip special. Everyone was very attentive, friendly and always punctual. Everything went so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying the amazing sights. One of your associates, Rosie, in Cusco, deserves some special recognition. She is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was great at filling in all the blanks about Inca history and the Andean culture. She even went out of her way to take us to a jewelry factory and to an alpaca factory! At times, she made us feel like she was our own personal guide. Rossie is definitely an asset to your organization. Please thank her for me.

The trip was all I hoped it would be. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but it was the fulfillment of one of my 'lifetime goals' to do the Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu.   Overall, we can truly say that it was an excellent trip - thank you very much for all your efforts in making it so wonderful. We have truly enjoyed ourselves and have learnt a lot, about Peru in particular. Permit me to give you my feedback on the trip.
  
  The local tours and guides are intimately linked, a good guide can make a heaven-and-earth difference to the enjoyment of a tour. Again, overall we can say that the guides provided were of excellent standard. They showed great enthusiasm for their job, were very knowledgeable in their field of speciality and were able to impart a great deal of information to us on their tours. David and Rosie in particular enlightened us greatly re the Inca history, culture, geology and physical features as well as the flora and fauna of the Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu.   We must also complement you on the drivers and vehicles provided. The vehicles were all clean and in excellent condition and the drivers were to a man, careful and considerate.
  
  The truly outstanding hotel was Sumaq at Aguas Calientes the service was truly world class. The food, service and presentation in its dining room was truly 5-star. The staff were very well trained and extremely attentive to our need. Our commentary on hotels would not be complete if we failed to mention the wonderful lunch we had at the hacienda during our tour of the Sacred Valley. The location and food were both of very high standard indeed.
  
  It had been a truly memorable 'Trip of a Life Time' for the four of us. Given the enormous distances involved for us to get to South America; we are not sure we shall be able to repeat this trip in the foreseeable future. But we shall definitely recommend CAT if any of our friends want to plan a trip there.

  Let me tell you how lucky you are having a guide like Rosie. She’s an excellent guide that cares. She wonderfully explains her country’s history using pictures and drawings, our family learned a lot from her. She is great with kids; my children immensely enjoyed this multicultural experience. Besides being the wonderful guide she is, she also helped us when we had a sudden change of plans. She took care of everything and even changed our flight tickets. We really would like to recommend her and your agency to anyone interested in visiting Peru.
