    Arrival in Lima

  • Upon your arrival at the International airport in Lima you will be warmly welcomed and escorted to your comfortable hotel in the capital where you will be briefed on all of your travel plans for your stay in Peru. You will then have the rest of the day free to spend at your leisure. Lima is rapidly becoming the culinary capital of Latin America, so please don't hesitate to ask your Peru Travel Expert for lunch and dinner recommendations.
  • Day 2

    Lima Museum and City Tour

  • You will have the morning free to rest and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Later in the day you will be collected from your hotel and taken on a guided tour of the colonial city center where you will visit the Plaza Mayor, La Catedral, the Governor's Palace, the Archbishop's Palace, the Convent Church of San Francisco, and the Plaza San Martin. Afterwards you will proceed to one of Lima's art or archaeological museums. In the evening we will be more than happy to make dinner reservations for you - we highly recommend the restaurant Astrid & Gaston, rated as one of the top 100 restaurants in the world.
