Reserva Amazonica
The lodge has four different types of cabañas that offer different levels of comfort – Superior cabañas, Superior cabañas with river view, ica Suites and Tambopata Suites. Superior cabañas come equipped with queen and king sized beds with mosquito netting, an open plan bathroom with private closets and a private shower and toilet, hot water, a siesta area and eco-friendly toiletries. Superior cabañas with a Riverview offer stunning sights out and over the mighty Madre de Dios River.

ica Suites offer larger rooms with amazing views over the river, king and queen sized beds, hot water, double basin private bathroom with shower and eco-friendly toiletries and toilet, and a large siesta lounge with hammocks and chairs.
Finally Tambopata Suites are the top of the range. They are similar to the ica suites but also offer a private patio with a plunge pool and deck chairs, a larger central area, and a walk in closet.

Meals
Meals are served in the Dining room in the main building. The food served is a mixture of Peruvian and International cuisine. The chef can also prepare a few dishes which are excellent. There is also a bar on the first floor where guests gather for cocktails and relax on comfortable sofas.

- Warm coat for May though to September (Nights can be chilly)

Weather
Weather in the Tambopata Rainforest is very tropical and rainfall reaches around 2500-3000 millimeters a year. Most of the rain falls in the summer months between November and April. The average temperature in the reserve is 28° C (82° F), with daily highs of 34° C (94° F) and nightly lows of 22° C (72° F). The winter season or dry season sees less rain with daily temperatures dropping as low as 16° C (59° F) and nightly temperatures to 13° C (55° F). |
